Universe Is King

We are the last people on Earth, me my daughter my wife and our dog,

Everyone else is gone, blown away for eternity with the wind and the fog,

We lie waiting for our fate, hoping against hope, praying to a non existent entity,

No one to help us, talk to us, ask us for help or take pity,

Its a sad lonely walk towards eventual death,

Counting down the days, staring at the sun's rays,

Once we took for granted, now it seems worth more than a ton of diamonds,

The Sea is readying to lash againat the last remnants of civilization,

Skulls bones and rotting flesh happy their death doesn't involve amortization,

But we are not so lucky, we are the last ones,

To enjoy the last remaining nectar of life,

The price has to be paid by someone,

And so it is, and so it will be ,

Welcome oh master, we welcome thee,

We are ready, we are ready, we are ready, or so we think,

My daughter doesn't cry just stares endlessly at the Sea without a blink,

The dog barks, the wife cries, I am cold and dead inside,

The Sea grumbles a fearful grumble, things begin to shake,

Our prayers haphazard, our wills all about give and take,

The heart can take no more,

Within a 1000 feet now,

Oh Sweet mercy let it be quick,

Oh God Of Death make your weapon stick,

Silence, let the Earth listen to the human heart one last time,

700 feet away the death chariot towards us swings,

A bolt from the blue our doorbell rings,

Oh Lord! What's this?

A man?

Who's he?

What does he want?

No talk from him or from us,

Silent we waited for Life to engulf us,

400 feet away,

Please you are welcome to pray with us I say,

The Man seemed stone cold, no sign of anxiety, worry seemed a Universe away,

Who are you I finally asked?

The dog barked, the girl's stare focussed on another subject, the wife's tears went towards the Sea as it came ever nearer,

The man turned, now he has a gun,

He shot us, without another thought, without a shiver,

The Sea within 100 feet, upon us death's quiver,

He smiled at our death, cold blooded as it was,

For him just a game,

Only the dog remained,

Not him, not him, we are all going anyway, can't we go in peace?

The Water is almost upon us,

He nodded, put the gun the to his head,

And boom he was dead,

I was on the verge,

I am sorry Earth human dies as he lived,

Those were my last words as now only my dog survives,

But for how long,

The water crashes in,

I am dead,

Life recedes away from my dog's feet, his death isn't forthcoming, gone the moment of dread,

He whimpers away to freedom, jumping up and down with the purest of joys, parts of Universe fall from his mouth,

In the distance gloom dissipates, men come out of hiding and bow before the four legged king,

Once again the Earth is set to bloom as Life dances, rejoices and sings,

Nature makes its choice, Universe is definitely the king,

Baby X versus Nature

The beautiful baby raised as gender X,

The world doesn't bow down,

Its the same as everyone,

Heartbreak, anger, everlasting hope and missing someone,

Oh will it turn to its father or mother for help?

Who is its favourite?

Both it seems but both doesn't seem to care,

The fight for attention goes on,

Fighting loneliness and despair,

Then in no time it grows even further,

Not in mind nor in matter,

Then arrives love, lust and emotions,

What a whirlwind those are,

Tears and blood everywhere,

Oh poor baby X, run away oh so far,

Time for the final growth,

Time to become a slave,

To system and society,

Start living in a fancy box like cave,

Poor baby X,

Its going going gone,

Down in the trenches,

Sobbing and searching for answers,

No one to turn to, the world laughs while crying inside,

It has enough, no more blood and tears to shed,

Time to draw the weapon and seek out the enemy,

Oh so valiantly its mind led,

To what? To whom?

To Nature of course!

Why oh why you created a world thus where there's nothing but direct indirect sadness?

Nature smiles.

I challenge you to a fight, it says,

Nature smiles even more......

It strikes towards it a blow so hard, the earth shakes, the Universe trembles,

Nature takes all the blows it can as X tired falls to the ground,

Taking its last breaths question remained unanswered,

Nature finally spoke in a voice so beautiful that the sun shone brighter than ever before, birds sang melodies humans thought impossible,

Oh foolish human its death that needs to be celebrated, not life, experience needs to celebrated not luxuries,

When its time for your grave, all the knowing your mind saves, will come in handy,

Baby X is now gone, it never again will speak, a soul gone forever from the realm of time,

In afterlife you now enter, rejoice for your future,

Cos your broken soul is the wound which your mind will suture.....

The End Of Hope

As the world ends, I run towards the spaceship,

few have made it, others lie dead as nature spits,

they pull me in, but to no avail,

my brain fades at this moment,
I run back remembering the past and present,

I search for a jar,
men women and children scream for mercy,

I can take but one thing,
its empathy I sing,

they are left to die,
even as the ship is about to launch, my soul cries,

there are no jars, running over the corpses of civilization I survive,

into the ship comfortable I lie, but wait, so many jars,

but not empty,

I pulled myself towards the crate, oh! These are all labelled HATE,

I sat down, thinking, Calculating, shivering, not from cold,

within days we would be on a new planet,
for what am about I am about to do I am definitely sold,

I open the door and sigh, even as screams ring I jump into orbit,

and survive.......
